If you actively opt into the 7-night challenge, we collect your email address and any names you provide to send a confirmation email, deliver the challenge after you confirm, and send any follow-up ideas you explicitly request. If you opt into app updates and promos, we collect your email address to send a confirmation email and only add you to that mailing list after you confirm.

The Website does not require an account. If you opt into the 7-night intimacy challenge, we store your email address, optional names, signup source, the consent text shown at signup, confirmation status and timestamps, email sequence status, scheduled email identifiers, and unsubscribe status. We use this only to send the confirmation email, send the challenge after you confirm, send the promised app-only bonus, and send occasional ideas or product updates if you choose to keep receiving them. If you opt into app updates and promos, we store your email address, signup source, consent text, confirmation status and timestamps, Resend contact sync status, and unsubscribe status.
We only start the 7-night challenge after you take an affirmative action: entering your email address and clicking the confirmation link we send to that inbox. We also only add you to the updates and promos newsletter after you click the confirmation link we send to that inbox. The legal basis for these emails is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
We use Turso/libSQL to store challenge signup records and Resend to send the confirmation email, deliver challenge emails, and manage email contacts. We also use Turso/libSQL and Resend for newsletter signup records, newsletter confirmation emails, and the updates and promos audience. We do not schedule the seven challenge emails or add newsletter contacts to the marketing audience until you click the relevant confirmation link. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
We keep challenge and newsletter signup records only for as long as needed to deliver requested emails, manage unsubscribe requests, troubleshoot delivery, and honor deletion requests. You can ask us to delete your email data by contacting us at the address below.
We do not set any cookies on your device. No first-party cookies, no third-party cookies, no tracking cookies, no session cookies. None at all.
We use privacy-focused, anonymous analytics solely to understand general usage patterns (for example, which features are popular). This analytics data is fully anonymous, contains no personal information, and cannot be used to identify any individual user.
