## Personal data collection

If you opt into the 7-night intimacy challenge, The Foreplay Game stores your email address, optional names, signup source, consent text, confirmation status and timestamps, sequence status, scheduled email identifiers, and unsubscribe status.

If you opt into app updates and promotions, the site stores your email address, signup source, consent text, confirmation status and timestamps, Resend contact-sync status, and unsubscribe status.

## Consent for email

Challenge emails and newsletter subscriptions begin only after you click the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

## Email delivery and retention

Turso/libSQL stores signup records and Resend delivers confirmation, challenge, and newsletter emails. Records are kept only as long as needed to deliver requested emails, honor unsubscribe and deletion requests, and troubleshoot delivery.

## Cookies and analytics

The website does not set cookies. Privacy-focused analytics are used to understand general usage patterns. No IP addresses are stored, no device fingerprinting takes place, and no individual profiles are created.

Browser local storage saves game preferences and progress. This data remains on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.
